This move is dead easy. You will learn it probably in one day. Start by squatting down on one foot and extending the other leg. Have your butt touch your heel. Now swing your extended leg counterclockwise towards your bent leg, once they come close, jump over your extended leg. Repeat this 'forewer' and that's it. Eventually you can rotate your leg in the opposite direction and so on.(Be creative)
